However, we do not guarantee any results or outcomes from our work in assisting You in obtaining and/or finding employment .We do not guarantee interviews and successful results from interviews with the assistance of our interview skills coaching and all other services provided. We do not guarantee your advancement from the reasons of your availing our life coaching services.

 

B7 COACH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

 

The content on this site may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. B7 COACH therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Due to the laborious nature of our work, all sales are final and our 'no refund' policy shall stand.

 

We do not issue refunds at B7 COACH.

 

Full payment is required before any work or projects begins. The products and/or services purchased from B7 COACH are conceived, designed, and customized for each client. As such, they are considered a set of creative products and services and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

Maintaining confidentiality is one of our highest priorities. All information shared with B7 COACH during, before, and after the project’s completion remains confidential. B7 COACH does reserve the right to submit fictionalized documents for contest, award, and publication purposes. All your personal details will not be used.

 

B7 COACH may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personal identifiable information for any other purposes. B7 COACH does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

Clients are responsible for finalizing their career documents for completeness and accuracy before sending to colleagues or submitting them to employer. B7 COACH is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by omissions, false statements, or other inaccuracies. Clients agree to hold B7 COACH harmless from any such liability.

 

You represent and warrant that nothing submitted by You to or through the site shall contain any content which

 

1. is harassing, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, racially offensive, sexually oriented, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable to a reasonable person,

PRICES

 

All prices quoted on B7COACH.COM website and by our Sales Consultants are in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES DIRHAMS (AED), and all transactions are conducted in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES DIRHAMS (AED).

COPYRIGHTS

 

The Site and all information, documentation, and other content posted in or on the Site are copywritten by B7 COACH. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the content, marks, the site, or any related software.

LAW THAT GOVERN THE SITE

 

The terms of this site shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If any part of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of this Agreement, all of which will remain in full force and effect. Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement, B7 COACH’s Privacy Policy, your use of the site, any other company-owned web site, the goods and services, or the content are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai to determine any dispute arising out of this Agreement.

CV AND LINKEDIN PROFILE WRITING

 

Delivery of first completed document is three (3) to eleven (11) working days after payment confirmation and receipt of documents required from Client (You). Our Writers will make sure to complete the tasks as soon as possible. At times, we receive tremendous amount of works. Nevertheless, our Writers never compromise quality so, it may take time.

 

Urgent request may be entertained subject to availability of our Writers at extra charge. Please email info@b7coach.com. 

 

One (1) revision to the document delivered will be entertained within 15 business days of delivery. Our Coaches and Writers will make sure all needed information have been gathered prior to writing. A major alteration that will require research and impact significant changes to the theme of the first delivered document is subject to Writer’s availability, additional charge, and management’s approval.

 

Full payment is required before any work on client projects begins. The products and/or services purchased from B7 COACH are conceived, designed, and customized for each client. As such, they are considered a set of creative products and services and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Documents and information needed from You as stated in our product page must be sent to info@b7coach.com. Failure to send these within 30-days from the date of payment forfeits the purchase.

 

Services offered are subject to our Writers agreeing to provide the services to the requirements You have specified and within the deadline we have agreed.

 

Any statements in your edited document which have originated from one of our Writers have been created by the Writer only and are not the statements of B7 COACH.

 

Services we provide are catered per your request and requirements. All delivery times are estimates only, although we will use our reasonable means to adhere to the date estimated by us.

 

You agree to cooperate with the Coach and the Writer throughout the project in the event that the Writer requires any further information.

 

B7 COACH will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of our services. You acknowledge that B7 COACH provides no guarantees to secure a job.

COACHING

 

All payments must be paid prior to any coaching sessions.  Payments are accepted via paypal and major credit cards through Stripe.

 

Sessions are through Google Meet/ Zoom video or call.

 

Scheduling coaching sessions is made online by You through our website.  If B7 COACH is unable to find a time that works with their Coaches at the schedule You have booked online, a refund within 45 days from date of booked session will be issued.

 

Rescheduling by You must be done with minimum 48 hours’ notice. You may reschedule within 30 days from original date and shall be matched with Coaches’ availability. Any reschedules outside of this policy will result in loss of session without a refund.

 

Cancellations by You must be done with minimum 48 hours’ notice. Cancellation fee is AED 300 and payment processing fee is non-refundable. Refund processing fee will be shouldered by the Coachee (You) and shall be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Refunds cannot occur after your consultation.

 

A No-Show by You forfeits the purchase without any refund.

You agree that B7 COACH is responsible for guiding each session and creating an environment that maximizes the Coachee’s (You) opportunity for personal growth, but the Coachee, not B7 COACH, has ultimate responsibility for any results. You hereby commit to a coaching partnership to help You achieve defined personal and professional goals. 

 

The Coach will seek to enable the Coachee (You) make better judgments, choices, and decisions to enable You to achieve your desired outcomes. However, You have the sole responsibility for taking important decisions in your life or business. B7 COACH and its Coaches has no liability for any loss incurred by You, whether financial or otherwise, following commencement of coaching sessions, or for any perceived failure by You, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve a material improvement in quality of life, business, or to achieve your desired outcomes.

 

You understand, acknowledge, and agree that nothing in this document, nor in the coaching sessions, Coach’s advertising, and/or Coach’s marketing, should be construed as a guarantee of any kind of outcome or result. The results You achieve, depend very much on You and your engagement, effort, openness, and time investment in the process.

 

If You decide to work with other Professionals or Firms based on Coach’s referral, You must know that relationship will be entirely separate of Coach’s relationship with You. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that our Coaches are not responsible for and cannot guarantee the performance of, any goods and services provided by others.
